Should replacement plant have the same capacity?
Not automatically. Current demand, system condition and design criteria should be checked before reusing an old nameplate duty.
Can you assess heat pump options?
We can scope mechanical feasibility, including loads, temperatures and interfaces. Electrical capacity, acoustics, planning and other specialist inputs require appropriate coordination.
Can the building remain occupied?
Often this can be planned, but access, temporary services and shutdown requirements need project-specific assessment with the operator and contractor.
