Share the property address, approximate size, photographs or existing plans, and what you need the survey to establish. For roof inspections, include known access constraints and the features of concern. We confirm scope, deliverables, site suitability and any drone flight requirements before agreeing the visit.
We review the requirement, identify missing inputs and agree a scope, fee and programme before work begins.
These are dimensional and visual recording services, not structural investigations, RICS Home Surveys, valuations, legal boundary surveys, asbestos surveys, EPC assessments or compliance certification. Drone inspections depend on weather, airspace, access, privacy, applicable CAA requirements and suitable insurance. Images cannot confirm concealed defects, roof watertightness or structural adequacy; concerns requiring diagnosis are referred for appropriate specialist assessment.

Can you inspect my roof using a drone?
Where site conditions and flight rules allow, we can capture close visual records of roof coverings, gutters and other agreed roof-level features without walking on the roof. We check feasibility before booking. Some locations or conditions may require a different approach.
Can you prepare floor plans without existing drawings?
Yes. We measure accessible internal spaces and produce existing-layout plans to an agreed scope and accuracy. Tell us their intended use so any additional verification can be identified.
Can you record condition before or after building work?
Yes. Dated photographs and a schedule of visible observations can document accessible areas and changes. This is a factual record, not a guarantee that every defect has been identified or a certification of workmanship.
Is this a structural or homebuyer survey?
No. This service provides measurements, plans and visual records. Structural diagnosis, mortgage valuations, RICS Home Surveys and specialist statutory assessments require separately scoped expertise.
